Trey Mott

Director of Instruction

Trey Mott has been a teaching professional for 20 years. He is currently the TPI certified level 1, a U.S. Kids Golf certified coach, on staff with Callaway Golf, a Callaway products specialist and club fitter, and Director of Instruction at Sah-Hah-Lee Golf Course.

Trevor Hiebing

Trevor Hiebing has almost two decades of experience in the golf industry, with a career that includes playing professionally for over 10 years. His journey in golf began when he transitioned from being an exceptional baseball player in Southern California to developing a strong passion for golf during his freshman year of high school. He spent a great deal of time honing his skills, playing up to 72 holes a day at the local municipal golf courses. As his game progressed, he pursued higher levels of competition, eventually moving to Palm Springs, CA to further his golf career. Over the years, he has traveled the US working at different courses in all aspects of the golf business including caddying at Bandon Dunes for over 15 years. During his long journey he achieved numerous wins on mini tours and has since become a PGA associate, TPI Level 3 certified golf instructor, a True Aim Ambassador, US Kids certified coach, K-Motion certified, V1 pressure mat certified, and on staff with TaylorMade while being a product specialist and club fitter. He currently serves as the Director of Player Development at Sah-Hah-Lee Golf Course and loves helping advanced players and new golfers alike.

Paige Vancil

Group Instructor

Paige Vancil has been deeply involved in athletics throughout her life. Initially starting as a right-handed athlete in various sports, she made a significant change at the age of 14, transitioning to playing golf left-handed. During her time at Clackamas High School, Paige was a standout varsity athlete in three different sports and received numerous college offers across various sports. Eventually, she accepted a golf scholarship at Northwest Nazarene University, where she qualified for and competed in every event during her time at the school.  Paige has also been actively involved in coaching junior golf and has participated in organizing OP 36 events. Currently, she is working towards obtaining TPI certifications and is pursuing becoming a PGA Associate. Notably, Paige is bilingual and can provide golf lessons in both English and Spanish. Her overarching aim is to support young female athletes and juniors in reaching collegiate levels and to assist anyone in embarking on their own golf journey.
